In conjunction with the grand opening of TAKANAWA GATEWAY CITY in March 2026, ROBO-HI Corporation has fully launched the operation of the AOS (Autonomous Operating System) “ROBO-HI® OS”, which integrates and manages robots from multiple manufacturers as well as enables fully autonomous on-site operation without human intervention.
From conventional “SaaS (Software as a Service) that improves human work efficiency” to “AOS that enables fully autonomous site operations”. Under this concept, more than 40 robots from different manufacturers are now connected to “ROBO-HI® OS”, mainly centered around THE PINKPILLAR 1, operating as infrastructure that supports daily life in the city.
ROBO-HI OS began actual operation at the time of the initial “town opening” in March 2025, and has gradually expanded both the number of operating robots and the coverage area.
With the grand opening in March 2026, the number of connected units has exceeded 40 and continues to increase.
Cases in which diverse robots are integrated and managed in real time within the same area to complete actual operations represent an overwhelmingly large-scale implementation rarely seen in the world.
ROBO-HI OS provides essential functions for offices and commercial facilities—such as delivery, cleaning, security, guidance, and human mobility support—through a multi-vendor approach.
It goes beyond being a simple management tool, achieving advanced integration with various facilities such as elevators, flapper gates, and security doors. Even in complex environments with heavy human traffic, it establishes conditions in which robots can perform tasks smoothly without interruption.
Furthermore, through linkage with a city OS, it can grasp railway operation information and real-time people flow data, enabling optimal robot operation according to congestion conditions.
At TAKANAWA GATEWAY CITY, where the entire city has entered full-scale operation, the company will strengthen its support system as infrastructure in which humans and robots coexist.
By expanding “ROBO-HI OS” to office buildings and commercial facilities both domestically and internationally, the company aims to contribute to DX (digital transformation) and productivity improvement across society.

ROBO-HI OS is an AOS (Autonomous Operating System) that implements robot control on the cloud and leads to full on-site autonomy.
As a digital infrastructure that integrates robots, facilities, IT systems, and IoT like a conductor, it has already been operating in more than 18 facilities in Japan since its introduction in 2023.

Adopts a unique control architecture in which the “cerebrum” in the cloud, responsible for advanced decision-making and facility coordination, works in conjunction with the “cerebellum” of robots responsible for real-time control on-site.
This enables the system itself, without human intervention, to manage traffic as a “swarm” and realize coordinated operation of diverse hardware.
Directly connected with the native clouds of domestic elevator manufacturers and others, enabling safe and smooth elevator movement and passage through security gates without physical modification to buildings.
This “native integration” achieves both smooth operation on-site and reduction of running costs.
