Building a strong foundation – Advancing with technology toward 2026

ROBO-HI Vietnam recently held the Annually Plenary Meeting combined with a warm and intimate Year-End Party, marking an important milestone to reflect on the achievements of 2025, recognize collective efforts, and align for greater goals in the coming year.

The program began with team leaders presenting updates on their current operations, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and future directions. These reports provided a comprehensive overview of the company’s overall performance and operational landscape.

The meeting also featured an update on the implementation progress of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001, reaffirming ROBO-HI’s strong commitment to international standards and long-term sustainable growth.

One of the highlights was the “AI Skills Enhancement” competition, where two teams presented practical applications of AI aimed at improving work efficiency. The presentations demonstrated not only creativity and initiative, but also the growing role of AI in optimizing processes and delivering greater business value.

Notably, the event welcomed a keynote sharing from the Chairman of ROBO-HI Japan, delivering the message “A leap forward in 2026”, emphasizing the vision for a significant breakthrough through continued strategic collaboration between ROBO-HI Japan and ROBO-HI Vietnam.

In addition to strategic discussions, the program honored outstanding contributions through:

Recognition awards for the ISMS team, acknowledging their dedication and efforts in building a robust information security framework.
5-year contribution awards for employees who have shown long-term commitment and loyalty to the company.

The event concluded with a cozy Year-End Party, filled with joy, connection, and shared moments, strengthening team spirit and setting a positive tone for the year ahead.

The Year-End Review and Party served not only as a moment of reflection, but also as a solid stepping stone for ROBO-HI Vietnam to continue strengthening its foundation, accelerating innovation, and making a strong leap forward in 2026.
