ROBO-HI Corporation has announced the launch of『ROBO-HI® EYECAN Staff』— a new DX solution designed to improve the productivity of frontline workers rather than replacing them with robots.
Leveraging the robotics technologies accumulated by ROBO-HI, EYECAN Staff enables cleaning personnel, security guards, inspectors, and store staff to work more efficiently using nothing more than a smartphone, improving productivity across facility management operations.

As labor shortages continue to impact the Facility Management (FM) and Building Management (BM) industries, organizations are seeking more efficient ways to manage frontline staff.
Rather than replacing every task with robots, ROBO-HI believes that digitalizing and optimizing human workflows provides the most practical and immediate solution. EYECAN Staff was therefore developed to visualize employee skills, task progress, and productivity while improving workforce motivation and operational efficiency.
To support the growing number of international workers, the solution also includes multilingual tutorials, AI-generated work reports, and gamification features that reduce training time, lower operational costs, and improve employee engagement.
Even in GPS-denied environments such as office buildings, underground facilities, or tunnels, the system identifies each worker’s location within approximately 3 meters by combining smartphone IMU data with AI analysis of indoor signal strength.
Managers can accurately monitor staff locations, optimize task assignments, and significantly reduce unnecessary travel time.
Employees simply capture photos before and after completing a task, allowing AI to automatically generate work reports (EYE-Scan) and guide them to the next assignment (EYE-Action).
The solution replaces handwritten reports with a streamlined digital workflow while making onboarding easier for international employees through multilingual tutorials.
Powered by the『ROBO-HI DANCE』field service engine, the system visualizes each employee’s skills and task progress in real time, automatically assigning work where it is needed most.
This enables accurate performance evaluation, removes operational bottlenecks, and supports lean workforce management with maximum productivity.
If a smartphone detects a fall or prolonged inactivity, the system automatically checks on the worker. If no response is received, alerts are sent to the monitoring center or nearby staff together with the worker’s precise location for immediate assistance.
Integrated smartwatch support continuously monitors heart rate and skin temperature. When signs of heat stress or abnormal physical conditions are detected, the system issues early warnings, helping organizations take preventive measures before incidents occur.
