ROBO-HI Corporation has officially expanded its RoboCar® AGV lineup with the launch of RoboCar AGV 200T, now available for order.
Building on ROBO-HI’s proven autonomous driving technology, precise motion control, and advanced safety systems, the「RoboCar AGV 200T」is designed to automate the transportation of ultra-heavy materials in industries such as shipbuilding, aerospace, heavy manufacturing, and plant construction.

Conventional AGVs have primarily been designed to transport loads ranging from several hundred kilograms to a few tons. However, industries such as shipbuilding, aerospace, and large-scale infrastructure manufacturing still rely heavily on cranes, specialized trailers, and manual labor to move components weighing tens or even hundreds of tons, making automation extremely challenging.
To address this challenge, ROBO-HI developed the「RoboCar AGV 200T」by combining its high-precision synchronized motion control technology with a robust vehicle structure, accelerating the realization of fully automated heavy material transportation and smart factory operations.
Its reinforced frame structure and multi-axle drive system evenly distribute weight, enabling the safe transportation of loads weighing up to 200 tons.
ROBO-HI’s proprietary control algorithms enable the AGV to approach and stop accurately at designated locations, even while carrying ultra-heavy loads.
The vehicle is equipped with long-range high-precision LiDAR, obstacle detection sensors, and collision avoidance functions, ensuring safe operation and controlled stopping under unexpected conditions.
Like other RoboCar AGV models, the 200T version integrates seamlessly with 「ROBO-HI® OS」(Autonomous Operating System). Operators can centrally manage multiple AGVs ranging from 50T to 200T, monitor vehicle status remotely, and coordinate fleet operations through a single platform, supporting fully autonomous smart factory management.
With the introduction of「RoboCar AGV 200T」, ROBO-HI aims to expand AGV applications beyond conventional logistics and manufacturing into heavy industries, improving productivity, enhancing workplace safety, and accelerating industrial automation. The company will continue providing flexible customization to address a wide range of material handling requirements.
