To mark the close of the year, ROBO-HI Vietnam hosted its 2025 year-end review meeting paired with a warm year-end gathering — a moment to look back on the journey, recognize the team's efforts, and set our sights on bigger goals for the year ahead.
The program opened with team leads reporting on current operations — results achieved, challenges faced, and plans for the coming period. This gave leadership and the wider team a shared view of the company's operating picture.
Next, the program shared an update on the rollout of the ISMS (Information Security Management System) certification under ISO/IEC 27001, reaffirming ROBO-HI's strong commitment to building a robust information-security management system that meets international standards and supports sustainable growth.
A highlight of the meeting was the "AI Capability Boost" competition, in which two teams presented ideas and AI-driven solutions to improve work efficiency. Their pitches showcased a spirit of learning and creativity, and revealed AI's strong potential to optimize operations and add enterprise value.
Of special note, the program was honored to host a message from the President of ROBO-HI Japan: "A leap forward in 2026" — conveying the expectation of an even stronger step forward in 2026 through close collaboration and strategic partnership between ROBO-HI Japan and ROBO-HI Vietnam.
Alongside the strategic content, the program also took time to recognize and reward outstanding contributors:
- Spirit-of-encouragement awards for ISMS team members for their important contributions to building the information-security system.
- 5-year service awards for employees with long-standing tenure, as a sincere thank-you for their enduring dedication and partnership in the company's growth.
The program closed with a small but warm year-end dinner, where colleagues shared joy, laughter, and moments of connection — building positive energy to step into the new year.
The year-end review and gathering was more than a look back at the journey: it was a springboard for ROBO-HI Vietnam to keep building on solid foundations, accelerate innovation, and break through with technology in 2026.
