Centimetre-accurate indoor positioning
Using VPS and LiDAR to locate the smartphone — and so the staff member — inside the store to within centimetres.
AR routes drawn into real space
Shows the "best route to patrol right now" calculated by ROBO-HI OS as AR arrows on the smartphone screen, laid over real space (the shop floor).
"Human control" navigation
Guides a person's movement as precisely as you would steer a robot — for example "turn right at the next corner and check the shelf 3m along."

EYECAN-STAFF core function 2: EYE-Scan (continuous and fixed monitoring)

Turns the smartphone into a "mobile X-ray security camera" that continuously digitises the store environment.

While the app is open, the camera of a moving staff member's phone always keeps the floor in view. Simply walking the aisles during normal work automatically detects and logs dirt, suspicious objects and crowding on the floor.
Active: hold the phone up and photograph the shelf (OCR for out-of-stocks and expiry dates)
Active Monitoring
Hold the phone at a pre-set position in front of a shelf and the AI compares what it sees against the planogram. It identifies out-of-stock gaps and adds them to the order list, reads packaging expiry dates by OCR, and immediately flags anything due for disposal.

EYECAN Staff core function 3: EYE-Action (AR work guidance + emotional expression)

For every issue it spots, it answers "what should I do right now (CAN)?" visually, through AR and emotional cues.

For priority items nearing their expiry date, the AI picks an emotion — teary-eyed, crying and so on — according to how close disposal is. Issuing and placing the AR "teary-eyed sticker" naturally draws on customer empathy to cut food waste (ethical consumption).
